How to Cook
Place the Gondeure Noodles in a bowl and add room temperature water, ensuring the water level is more than twice the height of the noodles.
Soak for about 50 minutes.
After soaking, lightly rinse the noodles in a colander without boiling.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, then cover with a lid and let it sit for 7 minutes.
Rinse the noodles in cold water.
